Pallet lines
Pallet lines are typically assembly lines for serial products, which are served by many workers or can also be completely automated stations that provide for automatic execution of a specific technological process. On the pallet lines can thus be carried out exclusively handwork or manual assembly, it can be a combination of handwork and automatic stations, or fully automatic pallet line. Pallet lines are usually placed in the form of the letter "O" or any other completed form, which means that pallets continuously circulate on a pallet conveyor during the working process and are in this way emptied and filled. In rare cases, the pallet lines can also be in a non-completed form, but in this case manual or any other handling of the empty pallets back to the beginning of the line is required.
Pallet lines are one of the most sophisticated forms of transport systems, since they may contain a great deal of high-technology equipment (laser measuring device or a display device for the electronic measurement, testing, etc.) There can also be added, for example, writeable RFID chips so that the pallet bears certain information important in deciding on manual or automatic station or what to do with the product on the pallet.
