Belt conveyors

Tracni transporter Belt conveyors are the most widespread form of conveyors, which are mostly intended for the transportation of bulky material, in which the exact position and orientation of the product at the point of loading and unloading is not important. They consist of aluminium structures into which two rollers are mounted, one being the drive roller and the other the idler roller, which is also a tensioning roller by means of which the conveyor belt is properly tensioned between the rollers. The electric motor, which rotates the drive roller causes the continuous movement of the conveyor belt and thus allows the transport of the material on the surface of the belt. All this assembly is attached to the base, which may be fixed or movable or adjustable in height. Thus, the belt conveyors can overcome the small differences in altitude.

on injection moulding machines they enable the transportation of (semi-) products outside the scope of the machine, also directly to the assembly
