Industrial sliding dors

Automatic sliding doors have been specially developed for the high- bay rack warehouses, where forklifts (DEMAG) are used, although they can be adapted for any different application where there is a need for automatic closing of dangerous crossings or areas. Automatic sliding doors operate completely independently and there is no need to interfere with the other controller devices (in this case rack forklift) that trigger the opening and closing of doors. When the rack forklift approaches a certain area in the immediate vicinity of the door, the door will automatically open. When the forklift leaves, the door will automatically close in order to avoid the possible intervention of a third party through a dangerous passage. The doors are equipped with a sensor to detect objects between the doors. If any objects are detected, the sensor will automatically stop closing the door. Only after the removal of the barrier the door can be manually (or, if necessary, automatically) closed.

Sliding doors are manufactured: on the bottom there is a metal self-supporting bus with trolleys with ball bearings, which ensures nice and smooth sliding; on the top there is the structure of aluminum profiles and galvanized mesh, which gives a nice and professional look and provides a lower weight of the door. The self-supporting structure allows very clear transition at full opening of the door, with no unnecessary floor buses, which are otherwise only in the way when loading / unloading.
